So another Department of Labor conference in Washington. This year, there was snow. And cold. When I walked around the Mall taking these photos, it was 24 degrees. When I left on Friday, it was 7.

I suppose the cold also made it so there were few people in each shot? Or else you were up quite early.

D.C. is one of the coldest and hottest places I’ve ever visited. Love that picture of the Potomac!
